Dr. & Mrs. Giles {Wedding}

Thank you so much Christine and Sam for inviting Beth and I into your life and letting us photograph your Wedding Day.  We were so honored to be there clicking away!  We hope you enjoy this little peek into your Wedding Day.

They celebrated their beautiful Wedding on May 30th at Castle Hill Resort and Spa in Proctorsville, Vermont.
There were thunderstorms in the forecast but, the rain held off for them and it was a gorgeous, perfect day!  Christine and Sam are actually newlyweds, marrying each other last year.  However, they never had the opportunity to have the big wedding with all their family and friends they dreamed of.  So 2015 was the year for them to re- celebrate their beautiful love and involve all their loved ones.  Giles Round Two, the adorable nickname for their big day, was a complete success and celebration of their lives together. There were lots of laughs, tears and some pretty amazing dancing!
Christine wore a stunning sweetheart lace wedding dress with a fantastic train that she fell in love with from Pinterest.  When she knew what she wanted she went for it!  She saw a photo on Pinterest and hunted down the photographer and did some serious research to find where she could buy her dream dress and it was totally worth it, she absolutely glowed.  Christine was one seriously beautiful bride.
Their ceremony and reception was at a beautiful resort in the Vermont mountains where many of their guests where able to spend the weekend together partying it up and relaxing. They had a lovely garden ceremony and tented reception with an awesome photo booth, that Beth and I definitely had fun popping in too!  They only problem with that is we are MUCH better behind the camera-sorry for the weird photos guys, haha! Another highlight was the Cake Smash for sure; Christine and Sam have been to so many weddings where the bride and groom chicken out and end up not smashing any cake in each other’s faces–this was not acceptable for their wedding day.  So, they had their guest decide who got the cake face with a rocks and scale game—poor Sam, he lost out!  But, it was oh so fun to witness Christine really take advantage of her win.
The whole day was just a complete blast!  It was so wonderful to get to spend the day with an awesome couple like these two and to get to meet their nearest and dearest.
Sam and Christine describe themselves as total opposites, where they  “couldn’t be more different”.  Well, I think it’s obvious that sometimes complete opposites really make a perfect pair.  Congratulations Doctor and Mrs. Giles!  Looking forward to following your adventures and wishing you many fantastic years to come!
Now just look at these two lovebirds! Beauties, right!?
